User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the website luckyvegas-casino.me.uk ("Website"), which is operated by Skill On Net Limited ("Company", "we", "us" or "our"). The Company operates under Malta Gaming Authority reference MGA/CRP/171/2009.

Terms acceptance

By accessing the Website, registering an account or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of it, you must stop using the Website immediately.

Governing law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, including non-contractual disputes, are governed by the laws of Malta.

Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you, the courts of Malta have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute. If you have a complaint, you should first contact us using the details below so that we can try to resolve the matter directly.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right under this Agreement does not amount to a waiver of that right.
